Return and Refund Policy

House of Leather accepts 7-Day hassel free return for all products.

1.    Conditions
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in unused, unaltered condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Leather goods should show no signs of wear, creasing, stains, odors, or alteration.
  • All original tags, labels, dust bags, and accessories must be included.
  • Custom, personalized, or monogrammed items are not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
2.     Defects and damage on arrival
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number to be eligible for a return or exchange
 3.     Return Process
  • Initiate Return: Initiate a return via Return Form or send us email on customer@houseofleather.pk. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  • Prepare the Package: Re-pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs: Return shipping is covered by House of Leather when the item is defective, incorrect, or the return is due to our error; otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
  • Ship Back: Use the trackable courier service. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit unless a carrier-tracked service is used.
  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected for condition and authenticity.
  • Processing: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

4.      Refund & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Available for identical or similar items if stock permits. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Refund: Original purchase price, excluding any shipping charges unless the item arrived defective.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after inspection.

5.      Care and maintenance notes 

  • Leather items should be reconditioned if exposed to moisture or extreme conditions; returns due to normal wear or neglect may be excluded.

8.      International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please note taxes duties and shipping charges are non refundable.
